What safety protocols are in place for the pandemic?
All of the Melrose Visuals team members or subcontractors will be required to wear masks when inside/outside and not able to maintain social distancing guidelines. Melrose VIsuals Team and all subcontractors will also be required to follow all local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning the current state of emergency. If a Melrose Visuals team member falls ill prior to the event - or tests positive and is mandated to self-quarantine for 14 days, the client will be immediately notified and will discuss further action(s) as needed.
As stated in the contract signed by all clients, if anyone at Melrose Visuals, for any reason, cannot perform the duties contracted and cannot find any replacement to fulfill those duties, then a full reimbursement (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be returned.
What if my event gets canceled because of COVID?
Don't let COVID stand in the way of having a creative video to share the love of your event.
We will re-book any event that is canceled in relation to COVID at no additional charge.
(contingent upon availability).
If we can't reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund - not including the non-refundable deposit.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes. Contingent on location, weather, and availability of operator.
Can I pay in increments or do you have a payment plan?
Feel free to pay off your balance anytime you wish. In full or in partial. All that is due with a hard date is the deposit and remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Can I customize any package for any service?
Most of the time, the answer is yes. However, this is done on a client to client basis as I cannot guarantee we are equipt for all production types.
Do you offer refunds?
There are a few circumstances that prompt a full or partial refund. All deposits are non-refundable. Any circumstance that is not within Melrose VIsuals' control will not be permitted a cash refund. However, we understand possible inconveniences and these options can be discussed at the time of the circumstance.
Any circumstance that is within Melrose Visuals' control may be entitled to a full refund.
How will I receive my final film?
Once complete, you will receive an email from someone apart from our team about how to view and digitally download your film. This is usually in the format of an online cloud service, however, we do specially print USBs for you to cherish with your video upon request.
