1. Can I pay in increments or do you have a payment plan?
Feel free to pay off your balance anytime you wish. In full or in partial. All that is due with a hard date is the deposit and remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
2. Can I customize any package for any service?
Most of the time, the answer is yes. However, this is done on a client to client basis as I cannot guarantee we are equipt for all production types.
2. Do you offer refunds?
There are a few circumstances that prompt a full or partial refund. All deposits are non-refundable. Any circumstance that is not within Melrose VIsuals' control will not be permitted a cash refund. However, we understand possible inconveniences and these options can be discussed at the time of the circumstance.
Any circumstance that is within Melrose Visuals' control may be entitled to a full refund.
3. How will I receive my final film?
Once complete, you will receive an email from someone apart of our team about how to view and digitally download your film.
4. Do you offer drone footage?
Short answer, we cannot provide drone coverage at this time for your event.
